still need to write a decent tos but for now the basics:

dont use my art or designs for hate speech/political stuff/whatever

dont use my art or designs for commercial use without discussing w me beforehand

if u redesign them id prefer if u kept it recognizable, but idc too much

u can sell my designs for more than what u got them for, just don't go overboard. ( eg: selling a $3 adopt for $10 without art added on ) ( the only exception ill make to this rule is if it is an emergency and you need money urgently )

im not too strict when it comes to my art or designs, if you have any questions feel free to reach out and ill answer you asap

if you receive a design from me as a freebie ( whether it be from me or someone else ) you can not resell it unless theres commissioned art attached. personal/trades don't count in this circumstance. trading is ok, but selling is not
