Mundi Spectrum Downpour

Spectrum Downpour is a very laid back mundi, often casually striding from one location to the next. He somehow has the strong presence as if he has a purpose behind every motion he makes, but also is so laid back as to follow anything that catches his fancy.

His tail has limited range of motion to it. (It can still be raised, lowered, and curled around himself, but thanks to the two kinks in it, it retains a rainbow form)
This is not painful to him at all, and doesn't seem to hinder him in the least. If anything, he seems to feel that it adds to the charm and proudly shows off his rainbow tail to match the rest of his rainbow aesthetic.
