Terms of Service - Adoptables

Send me a DM to let me know you want an adoptable. Or leave a comment on the character you want to adopt.
Payment is done through arty.ooo which accepts PayPal or a card.
If you accept, then I will send you a personal link to an invoice. You have 72 hours to send payment.
Arty.ooo will charge you in AUD since it's an Australian site, but Paypal will convert it for you.
Once payment is confirmed, I will upload the image to Arty.ooo for download.
Arty.ooo will e-mail you a link to the picture with a watermark and a code. Once you approve, you use the code to download your picture without the watermark.
Once Arty.ooo notifies me that you downloaded the picture, I will transfer the adoptable to you on toyhouse.

You can modify or edit the character (design, gender, etc)
Not for commercial use/profit. Personal use only.
You can trade or give it away.
If you decide to resell, you're not allowed to sell it for higher than you bought it for (unless commissioned art is added to the value).
Credit on original design is appreciated.
No refunds.
