dress: Usually dresses in tanks or tee-shirts. Anything that cleans well, practical for field work, or is inexpensive because she goes through them like crazy. Likes button-up shirts for occasions when she isn't working. Mostly plaid.
Extra stuff: Her best friend is a border collie trans woman who she grew up with named Rue. Tess started crushing on her a couple years after her transition but Rue is straight and doesn't reciprocate her affections. They remain good friends and seem to be the only lgbt women in their entire county, which they like to lament over drinks after work.
