Lucio is an albino Latiоs that living in Unova for some unknown reasons, but sometimes travels to another regions except Alola. He is really jolly and handsome, likes to fly high in the sky and sing like a bird. He knows humans language  and sometimes prank people in a forest, makes them scared. But at the end he shows himself says "Sorry" and fly away! He really kind to another pokemons and helps everyone who needs help. He really want to meet another Latias, but he don't know exist another Latias or not.
