The first thing C could remember was waking up alone, running low on oil. Eventually he met 'G' and 'K', they knew who he was, he didn't know them. He didn't take any sort of liking to them, they didn't tell him anything that happened before he woke up or who he even was supposed to be. all C knew is he was part of their "Squad" and he didn't like it.

Time went by, he slowly grew more resentful of them, he didn't have any positive memories of them. G tried to be nice, but he thought it was fake. K didn't seem to like him, the 'new' him. He was quite rebellious and didn't listen to them at all, he completely relearned how to be a murder drone on his own.

One of these days, he decided he had enough, he was just going to leave them. he didn't like them and they didn't like who he now was, so what was the point? upon what he wanted to be his final return to the pod, alone, he met this weird worker drone. He originally was just going to kill her, but he realized he had a chance to actually talk to a drone he was supposed to kill, (which while he had fun killing workers, he didn't know why besides keeping them alive, and he didn't trust what G and K said they had been sent to the planet for.)

This worker drone was named Ascii (Eggtoast's OC), and she had information on what had happened years ago by this point, so he let her live in exchange for the information. He was told about a program he had named HAL0, which he was aware of but didn't look into before, a program allowing a worker drone to essentially control him for their needs, namely protection against his kind.

Eventually, Ascii managed to somehow befriend C, she was the only drone honest to him, he kept their friendship a secret from G and K for awhile.
