T.O.S.

RULES AND INFORMATION:

1) You may not take off my watermark when you receive the commission.

2) Commissions are not to be commercialized, (I.E. Used for books, advertisements, etc.) unless you notify me beforehand and are willing to pay for extra fees.

3) By commissioning me, you agree for me to use them as of means to promote my own work (I.E for the possibility of it being featured in my portfolio).

4) The process at the most, will take around 1-2 months. I would rather take my time to give you a quality product, rather to produce one that has an unacceptable amount of mistakes.

5) All of my commission work will be done by means of digital media (with the exception of the sketches). 

6) I am more than open to draw a vast majority of subject matter as long as it not NSFW and/or topics that are hateful and degrading in nature.

7) However, there are a couple of subject matter that I am not experienced in drawing. These include but are not limited to: humans, mecha, and backgrounds.

8) Failure to abide by these rules will result in you being added into the blacklist.

PROCEDURE:

The process goes as follows:

1) I will send you the progress sketch. It will be done traditionally, and the sketch will have my watermark on it. If it is approved, I will ask you to pay me the first half of the commission before I continue.

2) Once the first payment is done, I will send  you the finalized commission. If you approve of it, I will ask you where to send the final version. 

3) Once the commission is sent to your desired contact, I cannot go back to revise the work (even if it is to make color revisions).

As for now, I only accept PayPal in USD.
