Please remember I’m lenient with character selling, gifting and trading. I expect you to follow the small list of rules, if you don’t, I won’t be as lenient in the future.

• DO NOT sell my designs if you traded for or was gifted them. (Unless you ask me or you are a close friend).
• DO NOT put your own TOS on my designs. You cannot trade/buy lock a character to yourself unless the trader/buyer is comfortable with it, (if the owner changes their mind down the road that’s out of my control).
• DO NOT claim my artwork/designs as your own. I put time and effort into my characters, don’t disrespect me.
• YOU MAY redesign any of my designs, but remember to give me credit for the basic design.
• DO NOT make replicates of my characters/designs. I will reach out to you and if there's no resolution it will result in a blacklist/block.
• Color picking is ONLY allowed if you're making a fully new design that looks nothing like the original character. I would prefer you contacting me prior. 
• Change anything you’d like, once a design is yours I have no issue with you making them to your comfort/liking. (As long as they’re still noticeable and original isn’t removed from profile).
• YOU MAY resell if you bought or vouchered the character.
• For future reference: If I ever catch you copying my designs/characters and you lie to me about it, it will offend me more than you being honest. Just tell me the truth and don't disrespect me further, thank you. 
• Please follow these rules. If they’re not followed I WILL take action, if needed I’ll take legal action. 

I did not want to have a blacklist but seeing how many people think its okay to rip off my designs I will now be implementing it:

- Blatantly color picking and making an exact replica of this design. Then continuing to lie about it in dms.
