I'd absolutely love the opportunity to adopt this OC, I have a semi-cyberpunk ttrpg world and I think they'd make a really cool NPC.
In the campaign we have a character who is running a home for disenfranchised people in the slums, and as such there are companies from the city trying to take him down. I imagine this character could be planted by one of these companies, being forced to collect information on the PC and report back to those in the city. They benefit from looking frail and in need of help, but in reality they're extremely smart and capable of holding their own. I imagine they have both a cybernetic arm from injury and a cybernetic eye that was replaced to aid them in collecting information.

woah they look so cool! white hair and cybernetics are my absolute favourite things. i’d love to have them if that’s okay with you! i’d add them into my human/monster world! they’d probably just be human or i may make them into a vampire! i think that would be really cool! their nickname would be egg! because their hair looks like an egg white with the yellow part being the yoke?
