dante is a mechanic that maintains the robotics of station 627. they tend to keep to themself, but can be a jokester once they warm up to someone. they have ghost powers that allow them to turn transparent and walk through walls, as well as float a few feet above the ground. usually they use it to poke their head into malfunctioning electronics without having to open them up, but the ability can also trigger when they feel too strong of an emotion.

in the steam powered giraffe universe, dante is a walter worker. their ghost powers are a result of blue matter mutation. dante dances and repairs the robots during shows, as well as occasionally taking part in improv bits. they were hired around 2017, the same time zero rejoined the band. as they grew close with zero, they started to develop a crush for the first time in their life. many months of mutual pining shenanigans later, dante and zero declared themselves boyfriends.
