Pumpkinflower

Pumpkinflower is a fluffy, dark ginger she-cat with orange, black and white splotches, black and white stripes on her tail, a black tail tip and white socks. She also has dark green eyes.

At first glance, she looks like a very energetic person, always ready to do anything asked.

Pumpkinflower is a very a friendly cat! She hesitates to fight outsiders, and would offer to help the outsider if they ask for it. In her kithood, she was very VERY energetic. She would never calm down. As she grew up, she did lose a lot of her energeticness, but she still has a lot of enthusiasm, even as an elder. She's kind, and also pretty gentle towards certain things and cats.

On another note, she's observant. She can notice if something out of the ordinary happens, but that's if she chooses to do it. She's also very protective of her kits, even if they don't remember her. That's her fault by the way. She's also stubborn and slightly annoying, without even her realizing it! And cowardly in some situations.

Pumpkinflower was born as Pumpkinkit to Tansyseed and an unknown father alongside Squirrelkit and Hollypaw in MossClan. During this time, she met and interacted with Pigeonkit and Honeykit. Around this time, she saw a lilac flower. She was very interested in the flower and decided to look after it. When Honeykit became an apprentice, she sat on a rock behind the nursery. A kit named Crystalkit saw her and they talked about how they felt when the older kits became apprentices. She felt comfortable enough to show him the lilac flower she found. They then talked about it until sunset.

Pumpkinkit became an apprentice as Pumpkinpaw with her mentor as Logleaf [NPC]. Logleaf often didn't talk with her that much and only taught her the basics. Otherwise, he would be seen talking to the older warriors. This gave her lots of time to interact with other apprentices. She mostly was seen looking at the lilac flower or doing her duties. She thought that it was a good time to see Crystalkit who was now Crystalfall and they talked about their lives. One night, Hollypaw went out of camp. She heard her brother leave the nest and he never returned. She still wishes that he stayed in the camp and could've gotten his warrior name too.

Later, Pumpkinpaw becomes Pumpkinflower alongside her sister, Squirrelgleam, and some other apprentices. She still looked after the lilac flower, which has grown and wilted many times. When Heatherstar became the leader of MossClan after Streamstar went to join StarClan, Heatherstar picked Pumpkinflower to be the deputy. She was surprised about this but accepted it nonetheless. After 2 moons, she watched the ceremony of Crystalfall. One day, she was hunting in the territory of MossClan. She saw Crystalfall. Crystalfall told her that he was looking for a flower and she told him that after they finished hunting, she would give him her own lilac flower. After hunting, they went back to camp and dropped their fresh-kill on the pile. She went to where the lilac flower was and put it in front of Crystalfall. Crystalfall picked it up and asked if she wanted to be his mate. Happily, she accepted the request.

After being a deputy for several moons, Pumpkinflower decided to retire after being old enough to do it. She missed being a deputy, but it was for the better of the clan. She believed that an old cat like her wouldn't be fit enough to be the next leader of MossClan. She hopes that the next cat that takes her role is deputy will be a great one.
