During her childhood, an enigmatic event unfolded – her beloved brother mysteriously vanished. Despite weeks of relentless searching around their woodland cottage, no trace of his whereabouts surfaced. Though her parents had seemingly resigned to the mystery, Lavender remained steadfast in her determination to uncover the truth.

Thanks to Lavender's natural talent for assisting others and her profound understanding of relationships, she swiftly carved a name for herself as an accomplished matchmaker. Her reputation spread like wildfire throughout her hometown, and before long, her services were in demand throughout the entire region. Recently, she received a commission from a royal house to orchestrate their son's nuptials.

Upon her first encounter with the soon-to-be couple, Lavender discerned a distressing truth: the young woman was not in love with her intended groom and was enduring an abusive relationship. When Lavender bravely attempted to intervene, she found herself unjustly detained.

Owing to her influential connections within the city, she succeeded in having her sentence commuted on the condition that she retrieve a specific artifact. After fulfilling this task, Lavender made the momentous decision to pledge her loyalty to the Dawnscales, a commitment aimed at uncovering her brother's whereabouts. In her unwavering quest to reunite with her lost sibling, she parted ways with her initial group and dedicated her efforts to aiding in the search for missing contacts within the Dawnscales.
