The two dolls were created to be the mascots of Prismplush. While at first they were only meant to be rudimentary animatronics with a plushie exterior, they started to exhibit strange behaviors whenever seperated, leading to rumors of them being alive in some capacity.
They differ in some ways to their actual plushie replicas. The notable differences are the accessories; Mimi and Cece have lanyards, hairclips, and pins.
