The day he turned 18, Alexi bought his plane ticket and was bound for California. It was a long distance move from his original home of NYC, but Alexi felt it was necessary it cut loose and head out on his own. Two of his older brothers were already making strides in their careers and Alexi needed to measure himself against them by doing that for himself. He enrolled in the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in California and went through an intense learing journey before realizing what he ultimately wanted was to be his own boss and own his own food truck. 6 months after graduating, Alexi found the perfect truck and went about buying and fixing it up.

It took a little TLC (and some money advances from Sully) and Alexi was able to outfit his truck to be exactly what he wanted. With a focus on European and Spanish Fusion, Alexi has made eating finer foods more accessible in bite-sized ways. He found it slow to gain success until he figured out a good pattern and social media schedule to let others know what his truck was about. It keeps him busy, but Alexi absolutely loves it.

Wanting to be around for his neice while she grows up, Alexi eventually moved back to NYC and drove his food truck the entire way. He currently operates around the upper west side near central park, frequently babysitting Amberjack in his truck when Ritz needs help.
