Serious- that is not something this man is. Perc is incredibly flamboyant in his speech and dress, he loves to enjoy his work and have fun, and is rarely angry. To pass the time, he is often caught telling tall tales or playing harmless pranks on the crew. He flirts with whoever he can and chases any tail available. No one is safe from this animal. It must be difficult for outsiders to see the true potential this man possesses and just why exactly he is in charge of such an enormous crew. What he says go, and he follows through with an expensive whip.

All jokes aside, Perc will show respect to where it is due, and is more than happy to know his place.

History

Born and raised on the seven isles meant that Percouren was used to all sourts of injustices occurring around him. It was daily life to be robbed, to rob, to lie, and to cheat. Being raised around pirates meant that he had thick skin to work with. After growing up in poverty like the rest of the population, Perc found someone worth his time. He had a loving partner before a war broke loose. That partner was lost when the building collapsed ontop of him. That was when Percouren decided to join the fighting and put an end to this nonsense. He was saved from fire by a woman with a strong glare. She recruited him to her fleet and he happily accepted the backbreaking work. Per thought this woman was a little out of it, but knew her intentions were good for the people. Their side was aiming to tear down the city and rebuild it into something that everyone could prosper from, pirate or not. They won by a landslide, and their vision was carried through in a short matter of time. 

From that day on their city was rebuilt into a trading port and very few found poverty on the street. They named her Queen of the Isles, and she had six lords that ruled beneath her. Percy did not see nor want such responsibility, instead he found himself useful on the ships scrubbing decks, manning cannons, and bearing arms.

That was his life on repeat for a number of years until his Captain, one of the six lords, ended up murdered. His captain’s replacement found a liking to Perc, which meant that he quickly became Quarter Master. If only his partner could see him now.
