Pandan*

Pandan is a close friend of Whitetip and a civillian at Village Port. He's a kind and gentle individual who comes by to Whitetip's castle to play, though he has the tendency to bump into things. 

Despite his looks, he is a powerful magician, and therefore has the power of wind to blast out any enemy that may come in his way.

Note: Pandan was originally planned to be added in as an NPC for Mimosa and the Clocktower, but due to Teabiscuits not allowing anyone to use their designs for any commercial profit at this time, I have to respect his wishes. Therefore, Pandan himself ended up getting scrapped. However, he's still allowed to exist in Mimosa canon, he just can't appear in the game itself.
