Dr. Clone

Dr. Clone is quite a feat for anyone to stumble across. Currently, his backstory is unknown, and how he came to be is a mystery. 

Basic Character Summary:

Dr. Clone is, to most, a "self proclaimed" doctor, though he swears to have a PhD. Whether or not Dr. Clone is lying, he is very well educated in his practice. What is his practice, you might ask? Surgeries, body altercations, and sick experiments to satisfy his twisted curiosity. Obviously, he has no willing participants, most don't even know of his existence, so, Dr. Clone kidnaps unsuspecting people. His victims range from the homeless, to someone who simply piques his interest. He does not only operate on others. He enjoys performing on himself often. When he is not doing his craft, he can be seen rummaging through dumpsters to find food and little trinkets, or occasionally taking walks.

Personality:

Dr. Clone, despite his cruel and twisted actions, has quite the uppity personality. His voice is always filled with manic energy. The way he acts and speaks is eccentric. He is constantly smiling and is seemingly kind in general. He is easily flustered, having little experience with most social interaction. Sometimes he refers to himself in third person and can be seen as childish to many, which is completely contradictory to his actions. If something pleases him or makes him happy, he giggles and claps his hands, sometimes dances. He can be very nice, warm and friendly. He doesnt have ill intentions with everyone he comes across. Deep down, he yearns for connection, understanding, and friends. Though there is another side to Dr. Clone's personality. He is moderately sadomasochistic (in a non-sexual manner, though his reactions may seem contradictory), as seen by his basic description. He likes to stalk and mess with his victims psychologically, playing games with them. Their fear is satisfying to him. He can be sarcastic and bitter. 

Appearance:

Dr. Clone's appearance is that of fiction. He stands at an imposing 7 feet, his scleras a bright glowing yellow, adorned by neon red irises. It should be noted that his eyes are capable of changing color. He has long, black claws that compliment his cold hands and sharp teeth lining his gums. His sharp teeth are accompanied by a long, pointed tongue that is about a foot long. His ears are long and pointed, moving around in a way similar to cats when there is noise or sound. It is unknown how he became this way (Currently figuring out a backstory), but some believe he was born of an experiment, or, through his madness, altered his body. His hair is jet black, ending just below his ears. He is generally unkempt, his clothes old and used. Under his clothes, he is adorned in scars, mostly self inflicted. His most notable scar is from vivisection he performed on himself.

Other (living conditions, extra facts):

Dr. Clone calls the sewers his home. He both performs his operations in the depths and lives there. This doesn't help his smell or appearance, but he thrives in the dark.

Dr. Clone is extremely sensitive to lights and sound. Bright lights, especially flashing, cause him extreme pain and can be used to incapacitate him, along with high pitched loud noises.  

Dr. Clone is capable of hypnotism through the use of his eyes. He changes their colors in a hypnotic fashion, sending whoever is looking at his eyes into a trance. In this state, the victim can be completely controlled by Dr. Clone, bending to his will. Despite having this amazing power, Dr. Clone rarely uses it. He believes it's more fun to have challenges with his victims, but he will use it if absolutely necessary.
