Summary

- Moritz is The Head of the Hallow's Hunters, a group of appointed vigilantes and bounty hunters who rival themselves against the influence of The Big Three.

- Moritz is a veteran of The Ley Wars and one of few rare mortals who still possess their Inheritance at its fullest capacity. This means that his magic is just as strong now as it was back in The Golden Era when magic was bountiful.

- Moritz is scarred by guilt from his experiences in The Ley Wars and also abandoned a lifelong love in order to achieve his current prestige.

- Moritz has a stoic surface but has a soft heart for the wellbeing of his hunters and feels responsible for the safety of Vale City.

- Moritz could destroy The Big Three using his magic- but their presence keeps his Hunters and himself employed.  The end of The Big Three would leave a vacuum that could be filled by much crueler powers, or so he was told...

Inheritance - Eye of the Crowstorm - Pyrrhus, The Will of Knowledge

- Moritz's Inheritance grants him a watchful eye of the city, his Inheritance allows him to create illusory crows that he can see through and manipulate. 

- Moritz can also give these crows human forms with orders and have them carry out his will. These pawns are called his 'Crownies' and they act as a way to quarantine any areas he deems worthy.

- Moritz also has a keen sense of sight and smell, he is able to detect the crimes of the city just by being in its vicinity.

- Moritz can march alongside his Crownies to form a one-man army and has the might to match even the strongest of The Vale's villainy.
