Elli and Thai’s dad and Emma’s husband! He runs the inside of the store and takes care of customer service and stuff. While he’s somewhat social anxious and awkward, he actually does really enjoy other’s company and is a very good listener! William enjoys reading, being out in the fresh air, and a nice cup of tea!
