Hair length may be anything from the elbow to the knee 

Eyes 

Selina have Central heterochromia and eye color associated moon shift 

neutral/ most of the time - eyes have a outer ring that is a dark/navy blue base color is a greenish blue and there is a Goldin yellow ring in the center

Sade eyes are almost the same as neutral but base color is a bit more green or a pale dark green and inner ring is a darker yellows almost brawn color

happy eyes may change to - outer ring dark/navy blue base color is a blue and there is a light blue or dark blue ring in the center they may also have a crystal blue coloring

when angry eyes may change to - outer ring dark/brawn base color is a yellow/brawn and there is a light yellow ring in the center 

Hair styles 

may be wavy or straight brawn with gold/blond ends or gold/blond with neon blue undercoat  

bangs are mostly to HERE right side

Option 1 most common half up half down pigtails style - 2 star buns on top of pigtails with hair loops 3-4 wrapping around pigtails 

option 2  pigtails with star buns on top of pigtails  - optional 3-4 loops wrapping around pigtails

option 3 (this one is always wavy) hair dawn with 2 star bins OR 1 star bun in sinter at the back of her head 

Scars

right side of for head like a diagonal line

Left upper arm scar looks like a little whit bug with 4 dots for lags

Must haves 3 layered dress with off the shoulder pleated sleeves gold trim and belt with star in sinter dress may have a star and sparkle pattern OR a star moon sparkle pattern OR just gold sparkles

star chains on the arms and belt are optional

Little bit about 

Fallen star from outer space has a TBI ( Traumatic Brain Injury) needs a cane to walk 

Has human form a star/light form and a meter form

Age unknown looks 16-25

can be 1' to 5f 4' 1/2

forgetful positive clumsy/scatterbrained

tries to give benefit of the doubt  to anyone and doesn't talk much unless you find something she likes

struggles to understand expressions only knows happy sad and angry

base line /points for story

Selina crash-landing on earth at some point before or during the dinosaurs how ever she was under water as a meter over time she made it to land some point after humans evolved from cave man at some point a child picked her up and throw her into a fire from there she began to tern into a star/light and was able to fly around at this time she was mistaken for a fair and people would try to ketch her 

as time past she was able to tack on a human like form how ever she was only able to be 1' tole at some point someone was able to ketch her believing she was a fair this person demanded Selina grant them one wish but she had no such pawer this person took her everywhere they went until Selina could run away how ever this would not be the last time she would be captured 

at some point she was able to be come normal human size and was able to make friends 

she would go on to travel the world alone

some point during the 1900 she was captured once again but this time she was seen as a good luck charm forts to stay small enough to fit inside a bird cage she would be past dawn from parent to child for many many year at some point she was allowed to be out of the cage and be at human height but she was still not allowed to leva she got to the point where she seen her copter as family and no longer had thoughts of running away some generations would miss treat her forget about her and lever her locked away one day she was beaten so badly that she past out for several days do to this she lost much of her memories struggled to walk and even talk at some point the family died off tell there was only one 

Her life would continue for several more years under the rule of this one person however she was told to act as their daughter when she was out side of the home and to never speak to anyone this person eventually had a family of there own but they had no idea that Selina was not human Selina was able to bond with the spouse of her last capture to the point where they truly felt like family so when her chapter finally passed on Selina was Free the spouse of her chapter let her do anything she wished now she travels once again and can see the stars in the night sky with hopes of becoming a v tuber
