Tiptask is a no-nonsense supervisor of certain decepticon squadrons. They can be harsh, cold, and rough on new arrivals to assure their quality to be under the decepticon brand. 

Snappy barks and lashing out at a single mistake, Tiptask is also known to be smooth butter under his Zenith (boss or 'prime' status for decepticons). It matters not if they are 1 inch tall or fragile like tissue paper, Tiptask will do anything to please and enjoy servitude.
