TLDR; Born on a farm to a large family, Beverly had a good childhood and upbringing. Once she was an adult, she married a man who was secretly a wanted outlaw. Over the years, their relationship became unhealthy and once she found his bounty paper; her husband murdered her. Now deceased and a ghost, Beverly spent the next few years haunting her killer until one day he vanished one day. After her revenge was done, she traveled to Hinon Haven to start a new life as a saloon girl; occasionally traveling out of town to warn her family of their passings with her banshee wails.
Beverly Bennett was born and raised in the outskirts of Kentucky on a simple farm alongside her large family. Out of all of Bev's memories of her human life; her childhood was her favorite.
Once she hit her twenties, Beverly met a man named Earnest who immediately swooned her. Without even dating, they got married and she moved out to live with him in a town. Despite her husband not wanting her to leave the house often, she would happily chat with her neighbors and even met a few monsters. Over the years, her relationship with her husband began to falter, as she was starting to realize that she was being controlled by him. Despite trying to leave multiple times, he would find her and beg her to stay.
Years after being in a unhappy marriage, Beverly made a startling discovery while she was out shopping. She discovered a wanted sign that had her husband's face plastered on it. Now that she was aware that her husband was a outlaw, she stormed home and demanded a answer. The two began fighting and confessing to everything he's done; Earnest knew that there was now a witness. Beverly didn't have time to process what happened next and it was the last time she was seen alive.
When Beverly regained conciousness, she realized that she was not only deceased but she was also buried deep underground in a shallow grave. Luckily for Earnest, Beverly didn't have any intentions on hurting him physically. Mentally, however, was a different story. Earnest would have many sleepless nights, haunted by the images of his slained wife alongside her screams, wails, and shrieks. Neighbors claim they don't know what happened but one day he vanished and no one ever saw him again.
With her husband gone, Beverly was expecting her soul to pass on. When she realized that was now among the group of monsters living alongside humans, she knew she had to find somewhere new. After some traveling, she came across a small town called Hinon Haven and Beverly started working as a saloon girl. Beverly occasionally leaves town in order to go warn her family with her cries, telling them that someone will be passing away soon.
Beverly hasn't seen her ex in awhile, though she is the only one who knows what happened to him.
