Empress is, as they may put it, the cutest hellspawn around. While many may think this is just a joke considering their demon status, it has a double entendre.

At first glance, Empress is sweet and playful. They have plenty of charm and charisma to go around. They're outgoing and sociable, loving to make friends. They're casually flirty and affectionate with everyone around them. They love physical contact like cuddles and kisses, and will give them out to anyone who desires them. They have doting aunt energy, in a way. They like caring for and spoiling those close to them a lot, especially if they get the same treatment in return. Even if they don't always have the best advice, they're always happy to lend a shoulder and a pick-me-up gift to those who need it. As expected with their playful nature, they love friendly teasing and jokes. They will bully the things they love, not enough to actually hurt anyone, but still. However, at the same time, they'll always be in their friends' corner. They're both the biggest bully and biggest cheerleader in their friend group. As cute as they look, they have a surprisingly raunchy sense of humor and vocabulary. They're the kind of person who looks innocent and pure until they open their mouth. Despite this, they do still have a sense of purity to them. They're very optimistic, and always help those around them stay on the bright side. They tend to rely on humor and spoiling others to solve problems, albeit with mixed results. They also have a surprising amount of denseness to them. They're not dumb, but they can be oblivious, scatterbrained, or airheaded at times. They have been described as having "himbo energy," which they will neither confirm nor deny. They like being showy, cute, and bold, mainly to keep eyes on them. They're an unapologetic glutton for attention, what can they say?

However, as one will quickly learn, Empress is also a naughty brat. They're a legitimate gremlin in human form. A cute menace, to put it lightly. They can be very bossy and uppity, as hard as they try to keep it endearing. They have way too much confidence in themself, and while they don't like to tear others down, they will make it very clear who's number one in their eyes. They're no stranger to sarcasm and teasing in more aggressive ways to those who ask for it. They're bratty and chaotic, with a very weak understanding of moral correctness. While they obviously have standards, they're always up for mischief. They love the thrill of trouble, especially in the form of petty crimes. They are incredibly high-maintenance, loving to be spoiled and given all the attention they can handle. If they don't get their way, they're quick to get pouty and protest. They can be hasty, moody, and impatient, and are no stranger to making it known when their needs aren't met. They hate being ignored or left alone for too long, especially if they have nothing to do. They get bored easily, and always need something to focus on, no matter how small. They are also far from as innocent as they first appear. As may be evidenced by their at-times raunchy humor, they are unapologetically lustful. They are no stranger to sleeping around, and quite enjoy it. Overall, they are a little shit, but a loveable one.

Being a succubus, Empress naturally has some unique abilities to their name. The main one is through being able to feed on love. This keeps them sustained, and so long as they have enough love to their name, they're basically immortal (as far as aging/illness go.) However, there's a caveat to this. They can only feed on love directed toward them. They also have to put in the work for said love. Surprising most people who learn it, they don't have a power to enhance their charm or make them particularly irresistible like most succubi. This is because it's a part of their punishment; they had powers over charm and love as a cupid, and thus they were taken away when they were kicked out of heaven. As such, they have to become irresistble all on their own, meaning they've learned how to please people quite well. Alongside this, they have the ability to shapeshift. They can change aspects of their appearance as they please. However, they prefer to use this only to enhance their current look. They don't make drastic changes, as they think they're plenty cute enough as-is. As a demon, they get enhanced senses, strength, speed, and endurance compared to humans. They're not overpowered, and of course have their limits and weaknesses, but there is a noticeable difference. They also have an affinity for magic thanks to their demonic nature. While most demons are attuned to fire, they are surprisingly linked to plants instead. They can grow plants and use them as they need. They particularly like to summon vines, though they also like growing flowers and fruit, particularly peaches and peach blossoms. If threatened, they most commonly use either a thorny wooden baseball bat or a thorn-covered vine whip to defend themself. They leave behind plants when they walk on fertile ground, or will drop petals and leaves behind them on non-fertile surfaces. While they cannot control this, they can use their powers to clean up after themself easily enough. Their powers also have some limitations. Despite their plant-based powers, there are some plants they can't grow and are severely affected by. Particularly plants like rosemary and sage, due to their uses as demon repellants. Even being close to the stuff makes them deeply repulsed. Additionally, their powers generally work best during the daytime, particularly on sunny days. They can use them whenever they like, but they find it easier to grow larger/heartier plants in those sorts of conditions. If they try to summon something like a fruit tree in the middle of a blizzard, it's going to be pretty dinky and pathetic. They know some plants thrive better in different weather than others, and will sometimes diversify the types of plants they grow based on the season/time of day. But in general, their powers tend to be weaker when nature isn't on their side.
