These T.O.S. apply to all designs I create

*I am not responsible for any disadvantages arising from violating the T.O.S. Please read this before trading any design.*

If you purchase my designs from me, you may only resell them for less than the original price. If you have commissions or personal art, you can add value. (Art trade/gift is not included in value.)

If you obtain my designs through a trade, gift, or raffle, you may not resell them unless they include commissioned art.

You can redesign my design freely. But, please do not edit the original art and keep it in your character profile.

Don't be inspired by my designs

You must have a ToyHouse account to own my designs. Please do not resell/trade/gift my designs to users offsite.
Please do not delete or hide my designs. If you need to hide it please approve me on toyhouse.

Please do not trade your designs to blacklisted users. If you are caught trading your design with a blacklisted user, the trader will also be blacklisted.
