Luxien is a violent ruffian who you can find wandering the streets on cold, dark nights. He's an elusive figure, as he only travels during the night, and hides out in any run down place he can find. He's a shadow to be avoided, as those who follow him may only find their future in a puddle of blood on harsh pavement.
