Yoon-hoo

"Why is that ball of anxiety Louis the Captain of Central Command?" It's because of her. Yoon-hoo, not wanting the responsibility of leading the largest department in the facility, used her best persuation tactics Louis to take over the role for her. No, Louis isn't an easy person to convince, either. Yoon-hoo is just that persuasive. So much so that some people will ask if she was a conwoman in her previous life, to which she will say no. She used to be an ordinary office worker until she received a job offer from L Corp. But that's also a lie. She was indeed a conwoman who conned Nest customs officers into letting her inside the Nest, and then conned her way into its Wing.

She's not actually qualified for the job, but does that matter? Not really. She cons Abnormalities into not killing her and giving her E.G.O. gifts. She tricks her colleagues into thinking she's the most competent agent around, so much so that she nearly became captain. Even the manager can't see through her lies. Perhaps she truly is that competent, but is she really? Not in her eyes.
