Expected from a guest, you can't know them entirely without having to pry. THE LADY is a woman who is distant and too up close for one's likings. Her teasing often borders on brutality. Inside of the hotel she is nothing more than a guest, she respects the rules of the hotel to a T but she can still be cruel in her own little ways.
