Jay lives in the small village of Oaksted with his two siblings: Sparrow and his twin sister, Robin. Sparrow has been their sole guardian for as long as the two of them remember, they were very young when their mother died.

He's very shy and timid, if he's out in public then he's clinging to his family like glue and only likes to interact with people he knows and trusts. Despite his timidity, he's a big animal lover and is constantly making friends with all kinds of creatures, wild or domestic, luckily there aren’t too many dangerous animals in The Nowhere, this little boy has no fear of creatures! He relies a lot on Sparrow and Robin to help him do social activities.

Whilst Sparrow and his friends are on their little quest, Robin and Jay are being looked after by Crow. He was so so so sad when Sparrow had to go, and is a little scared that he won’t come back.

Random Notes:

• Crow is teaching him how to play the piano, he’s actually very good at it for his age.
• He has probably tried to bring home a snake as a pet before, much to Sparrows horror.
