Artemis is an esteemed scientist and proficient in alchemy and chemistry. He uses his skill to create medicines, tonics, poisons- pretty much anything is on the table as long as his clients have the money to commission him. He's an extremely egotistical and selfish greed demon, and really only cares about himself and his success. He was previously married to Amalthea but has since been humiliated by a very public and explosive breakup and kicked out of their shared manor after decades of a toxic arranged marriage - and he's since been trying to recover from the embarrassment and claw his way back up through the social circles to the top again. His son Alastor also no longer speaks to him, but Artemis really couldn't care less about severing those connections.
