Deacon [Cloakat]

Deacon is a very relaxed character, he often helps with guiding spirits beyond mortal plains as well as purifying them and helping them resolve issues generally keeping them bound to their locations. If Deacon is not found helping spirits, he can also be found working under The Elder Bat doing various tasks. He is often paired with Devil, which can be a rather chaotic pair. While Deacon is chill, Devil can get rather excitable.

Deacon will often wander the less populated parts of the island, generally camping out and about a lot of the time or going overseas to the beachside city bordering the Khaki Desert. He generally likes to go to these places to do trades with other travelers as well as visit old ruins. He has a love for history and loves to learn new things. He has a blind friend over in this area by the name of Hotep, who he sometimes goes on adventures with.

Deacon also has a lot of history with Toby, as he once believed Toby to be a ghost to be exercised, however, with time, he'd learned that wasn't true and grew to like this ghostly boy. The two are more of an item nowadays, however, it seems that Toby is soul-bound to a specific location on the island and cannot go on adventures with Deacon. Deacon also wanders about for the purpose of finding out what kind of spell might break this binding spell as he wishes to show Toby the world.

Deacon also likes to spend time with friends and others and kick back with another kind of "spirit" with his brothers Hawke and Basalt. They get along rather well together, and it seems Hawke brings the more rowdy side of Deacon out, as the two can sometimes get into trouble together, while Basalt is more kicked back and keeps them more tame.
