Profile
Toby is a banned Cloakat who seems to have gotten killed a while back. He seems to be bound spiritually to a certain part of the island and cannot leave as if there is an invisible forcefield stopping him. He seems to have gotten a sort of crush on Deacon in the process of trying to prank him, which is a problem considering Deacon's father is the one to bind him spiritually. Deacon is working hard to get this seemingly harmless Cloakat out of this curse. But there might be more to this character than meets the eye.
