Raymond Grenlong was acting ruler of the Liberi and is the uncle of Princess Serai.

He has ruled for the past two hundred years while his neice has been growing up in safety in the Human Realm. Now though, he has stepped down and passed the crown to her.

Raymond is happy to have his darling neice back home, and is confident that she will continue to grow and be a fine ruler of the Liberi.
