Puddleshine

A young but experienced airship captain. She accidentally inherited her  current airship by being nice to an old dragon, who after he died left  his airship to her. She is trying to keep it a secret that she has the  power of prophecy, thanks to her bloodline. It has not been helpful, and  has actually given her severe stress.
