- You must credit the creation of the original design to me under all appropriate circumstances, regardless of how much the design gets editted over time.
- All art created by me gets creditted to me when appropriate and nobody else. You cannot claim you or someone else drew my art/designed my designs.
Revoking clause:
- If you pay for a design, receive it and then file a false chargeback. Then, regardless of the outcome of the paypal dispute, you will not get the design back (even if Paypal decides in my favour).
- If you pay for my design with AI generated art, art traced of AI generated art or art that does not otherwise belong to you, or base art or you trace another artist's art to present as payment.
I will not revoke my designs under any other circumstances.
Everything else not mentioned above (resale, commercial rights, editting etc.) is allowed.
