• I don't sent un-watermarked pieces; they have one small personal signature on them. I won't remove it (This applies for commissions, adopts, gifts and so on). If you get one piece with a lot of signatures you may have been scammed or maybe they are stolen.

❀ [OWNING MY CLOSED SPECIES AND ADOPTABLES ]

• You agreed and sign with the "TERMS OF USE / SERVICE" http://fav.me/d8du0t3 when you send the payment-participate in my sales-raffles-events; credit me for the original design, please do not claim them as your species or designs. I'm the original creator or designer. It's not necessary to credit me in all the draws, first ones will be okay. If you're not okay with my Terms of use or my rules, don't send the payment (simple as that) = don't buy my adoptables.

• As the original creator I still have the rights to post the design in my gallery or use them as examples.

• YOU MUST RESPECT THEIR ANATOMY and features.

• You are free to Roleplay, draw, write, and so on with your adopts (you can role-play with them at any world) but DO NOT use them for commercial purpose.

• ★ IMPORTANT: If you got one of my CLOSED SPECIES adoptables via TRADE, MYO, GIFT, OTA "Offer to adopt" (apply to: Draws or character trades), GIVEAWAYS OR RAFFLES, You can't sell them, only trade or gifted (since there wasn't any monetary offer or money involved). BANNED USERS are not allowed, if you'd like to know if it's okay to know to trade to an user you're unsure about, please note me.

• ★ IMPORTANT: You can only SELL your adoptables for the same or less amount of points/money that you bought them. However, if there extra art (NOT GIFT ART) involved you can change the price, but that will depends on you. Notify - PM me, before the SELL (you need my approval, and also if you'd like to check the price you bought it).

• ★ IMPORTANT: If you're the original buyer or got the adoptable via sale from the previous owner(s) (If it's for: Kamishiba / Lopdiemis / Toybi Species Please check the https://www.deviantart.com/kamishibas-index (Masterlist Account) to check the ownership; for Haiblums you can check here: http://fav.me/dabs2in. You can trade them for other physical things / gifts cards / dolls / and related since there was money involved in the process. Take in consideration the amount of money that you got/bought the adoptable for the possible equal value of the object of trade. You can double check the price with me via note.

• MYO (make your own) SLOTS can't be sold, traded or gifted. You can only trade/gift the MYO when is already designed, aproved (by me) and added to the official master list. Unregistered MYOS or unfinished ones can't be traded or gifted! You're allowed to buy an slot for someone else, tag the username that will get the slot.

• ★ ABOUT MONETARY RELATED OFFER TO ADOPTS (OTAs): you can only sell them if there were money involved in the process (If you offered money for them), you may sell your adoptable at the same price or less you bought it.

• ★ For @Kamishiba-Agency 's raffles Kamishibas and MYO's Kamishibas prizes CAN'T be sold! Only gifted or traded. If the owner breaks the rules, the Kamishiba/slot will return to the group and will be raffle again.

• Trade or gift you adoptable is okay but please NOTIFY ME via note or comment to change the owner's name/user (DA) on my master list.

• Don't forget to send the new owner my TERMS OF USE. BANNED USERS are not allowed, if you'd like to know if it's okay to know to trade to an user you're unsure about, please note the group.

• Only the legitimate owners (current owners) of my adoptables could use the design for their personal purpose. If you are the current owner of my adoptables, you can use my art and don't forget to add my proper credits.

• You can't change the rarity of the traits or add another one if you don't own the trait or paid for it.

• DON'T change them to another species (closed /open), I don't feel confortable about it. Only if I stated that you can but otherwise IS NOT! However, if the design is a MYO, you can use the palettes and pattern at other random design for personal use, but not the same features/traits. You did the design / marks for it so you can use it for another design of your personal use.

• ★ IF YOU DON'T FOLLOW THE RULES: 1. You will get a first call (via note) about your behavior around the group /species with proofs (this will be to give you a second change). 2. If it happen agains (depending also on each personal case): http://fav.me/d8du0t3
