Cannot be resold for more than bought unless you have purchased additional art (for purchased designs)
Cannot be resold unless you have purchased additional art (for free designs)

For all characters: Cannot be sold for more than the monetary value of the character & it's additional artworks combined, if you got the design through something other than a monetary fee, and there is no additional artwork that has been purchased/commisioned of the character, you may NOT resell it for any reason, though you may still regift or retrade it. (CS Currency is an exception however, i mean reselling for real money)
