Emil had quite an eventful livelihood growing up that has begun to wind down in steady intervals as he retired from being a member of a popular band to solo artist. Well-known and liked in even in other cities, he rarely performs outside his hometown unless there is a high demand, which there now is since announcing his departure. It began in the basement of a friend’s house during his younger years, discovering an innate talent for music when loan a spare guitar to practice. Since then, he has improved from off-tune vocals and missed beats to the professional he (and his bandmates) has become. Preferring to perform on a small scale, wanting to keep to the grassroot nature of their origins despite the incessant hawkers.

Those were the days when he was part of an agency, an honorary at that, for years of service and finacial support. With their popularity, the band often gave a portion of their accrued wealth to the startup record label. More as a protection fee than a considerable donate in exchange for shooing away company representatives obviously looking for the next talent to suck dry of. He regrets not staying connected with them now. The vultures have come again to roost, so finding a moment of peace is exceedingly rare.
