TL;DR: dizzies are humanoid beings born out of the digital detritus people (or other species) left in the virtual world; there are three kinds - untouched (data that hasn't been corrupted or deleted), broken (corrupted data/saves, viruses, and similar), and mended (they were broken but have found a way to stabilize themselves enough to change into something new) !!
