Personality: He's a very fiesty and loud guy. Bjarke is very open to speaking his mind, borderline on being too blunt. He lacks tact when it comes to communicating. This often leads to awkward encounters or accidentally upsetting others. Bjarke is a bit arrogant in his abilities. Sometimes he's too overconfident, taking on more than he can handle. He can be hot-headed and isn't one to easily back down from challenges. Even if he sees the error in his ways in a situation, he'll likely not admit it. Instead, he sulks off to stew in his own moodiness for some time. This hybrid isn't mean, however. He just lacks social skills. Once someone is able to look past that and get to know him he's generally a happy, sweet guy. Though due to his brash nature, he is often misunderstood.
I imagine that's how he got his namesake as a cub. His parents noticed how loud he was much like a bear. I think his mother would lovingly call him her 'little bear' in an endearing way, which he'd also pretend to hate, but secretly love. I picture him as a bit of a momma's boy. He and his sister have good relations, but I could see Ylva getting frustrated with her brother when she has to constantly defend his actions to others.
