Lamp

Lamp is a Fire/Fairy Jirachi variant.

Lamp had spent eons shooting at high speeds across the cosmos. When he finally landed on earth, he had found that his assumptions that he was the only living being was false. Not having communicated with another being before, he found that life on earth was doomed to be lonely, as he couldn't manage to break the earth's atmosphere to leave again.
After a long while of roaming alone, Lamp came upon a forest and befriended the local pokemon. Picking up on the different types of speech or movement patterns of pokemon took generations, but he eventually got it down. Unfortunately, deforestation happened and he was forced to move, leaving all the pokemon he knew behind. The silver lining was that he came upon a small village at the end of what used to be his forest home, where he met human beings. Here, he spent years learning English, never truly mastering it, so he speaks in a very broken way. Being able to telekinetically communicate with humans AND pokemon made him a valuable friend to the local townsfolk, and there he stayed for a very long time.
Eventually, a foreigner visited the village, and asked about the Jirachi that had taken home there. They asked if he had a name, to which Lamp realized he didn't. He thought about all the words that the humans had taught him, and he decided that Lamp sounded best, so he took that name. The locals took up the nickname Lava Lamp for him, due to his fiery nature.
Lamp had watched over multiple generations of humans in this tiny village, making sure they had a balance with the local pokemon, and making sure that everyone was cared for. 

Lamp is naturally very curious and cares deeply for the creatures he makes connections with. He tends to get himself stuck in weird places, but doesn't mind as long as it isn't uncomfortable. Lamp has quite the sweet tooth and especially loves candies and sodas.

Lamp's stomach eye stays closed except for in dire situations, and the eye itself just reflects the millions of constellations he saw in his trip through the cosmos.

Lamp's moves are Sunny Day, Rain Dance, Life Dew, and Doom Desire. Although he knows the move Doom Desire, he is unaware of it.

Lamp has a pokedoll that one of the residents of the village game him generations ago. It is worn down with love, and it stays in his nest above the village at all times.
