CHARACTER T.O.S.
By owning one of my designs, you are immediately agreeing to my TOS.
RESELLING
You are only allowed to resell/trade/gift once you have had the character for at least 3 days. If purchased with real currency, please do not sell my designs for more than you purchased! The only exception is if you received more artwork that will stack onto the original price.
REDESIGNING
Please feel free to redesign the character you adopted! However, you are not allowed to draw directly overtop of my artwork, trace or fully claim the design as your own.
COMMERCIAL USE
All of my adoptables are eligible for commercial use! However, I do charge a commercial use fee. When purchased, you are allowed to use my character for advertising, selling merchandise such as stickers, prints, charms, etc. You do NOT have to pay this fee if the merchandise in question is only for personal use. If you're making a profit off of it, it's commercial use. The fee price varies depending on the price of the design. The commercial use fee will be 2x the price of the character. (ex. $8 adoptable, added commercial use fee would be $16. Total price will be $24)
MY DESIGNS MAY NOT:
-Be used for any form of hate speech, racism, homophobia, transphobia, zoophilia, pedophilia, blue lives matter, etc.
-Be used for commercial use without me knowing
