If you buy a character, you can only resell it for the price you bought it at or lower.
If there is additional art commissioned, it adds value to the character ONLY equal to the price that the commission was bought at (or if it was drawn personally, a common sense amount of value). In other words, don't sell my designs for profit.
You can modify it freely, so long as it isn't being used for hateful purposes.
I retain rights to the images that I draw. Do not claim the art as your own. Also, designs are not for commercial use (message me if you are interested).
