Just in a nutshell no one really knows what his deal his. He lives on the edge of town and seemingly doesn't bother anyone, but they don't like that he's there. The monster population has gone up since he arrived though-

No one knows how old he is, though he looks to be in his early 20s

Ghost stories exist of his werewolf form as he's seen more as a ghost story than a monster to hunt
