Briar

Briar is reserved, awkward, intelligent, and easily flustered. She finds socializing and relationships very difficult. Despite that, Briar is very thoughtful and is happy to work hard for those she wants to be friends with. Briar has a crush on her neighbor Cove. She works as a seemstress and libarian.

Likes: flowers, sewing, croqueting, reading, thrifting, and blueberries. ♡ Dislikes socializing, crowds, wearing pants, and cars.

Dislikes: social events, public speaking, high energy activities.

Relationships

Briar's crush and eventual wife. Cove was originally her neighbor who ran a small flower stall outside of her cottage. She often visits the library to research and rent out books and movies.

Due to her occupation as a librarian, Briar knows many of the bookish residents of the city. In particular she enjoys the company of Lulu, Marie, Moon, and Porter. She is also friendly and close with her cousin Roxie.
