Character Ownership T.O.S

• Once you own the design, you can change anything you'd like (design, form, etc.), please just remember to give proper credit for the original design!

• Do not sell the design for more money than the original price unless art worth has been added (non-gifted artwork). It will make us weary to sell to you again.

• It's heavily preferred designs aren't resold off-site, but you're able to do so.

• You’re free to use the design in personal projects/series (including animations, video games, comics, etc), and to use commercially/sell digital or physical merchandise with no extra fee.

• Using designs for sensitive content regarding vents (both negative and positive) are okay.

• Please don't use any designs for problematic content (pedophilia, incest, zoophilia, romanticizing illnesses). 

• Using the design in nsfw/fetish/adult works is allowed as long as it’s not problematic or done by a minor (see previous bullet point).

• Deleting a design will revoke any opportunity to adopt our designs in the future.

• A design will never be revoked. Once you pay, trade, or are gifted a design, you own it and are free to do as you wish. If this T.O.S. is broken, we may take our credits off the character depending on it’s improper use and/or association.
