Chase is a laid back little mutt with a love for the ocean. His friends and family often joke that he learnt to surf before he learnt to walk, as he’s an incredibly talented surfer; he likes to put this talent to good use, and makes a living by teaching the local youngsters how to surf. Despite what his totally-chilled-out demeanour might suggest, he’s a very sporty and athletic young man and loves to stay active - he struggles to stay in just one place and loves to be on the move. Chase lives a somewhat nomadic lifestyle, travelling around California, however he stays in close contact with his family and visits his hometown every once in a while. Chase is incredible social by nature, and his confident yet friendly nature means he makes several friends on the road! When he’s not catching waves, Chase loves to unwind on the beach with a smoothie and watch the sunset.

• He is afraid of most insects.
• He also has a passion for non-aquatic sports - tennis is his favourite!
• He speaks with a very stereotypical "Californian surfer boy" kind of accent, as well as using that kind of slang (like this).
• He lives in his own little camper van.

• Blue parts on his body are made of water.
• He has a starfish companion on his shoulder but it doesn’t strictly have to drawn there - it can detach itself from Chase’s shoulder and move around!
• His hair has rounded edges - don’t draw it looking “spikey”.
• His tail is curled.
• Freckles on body are random.
