Requiem Null: Vigilo can nullify other people's meta, but only if their meta (creation and alchemy usually) hits his bell - he learns their "meta frequency" and nullifies it by having his bell emit the and frequency but half a time period difference (so they cancel out; like 1 + (-1)) and he can only nullify the meta that his bell hits. Every meta has a different frequency + every attack has a different frequency so he's playing memory all day (LMAO)
