V Hydrae

V Hydrae is the best shot in the galaxy. She has never met the other self-proclaimed best shot in the galaxy, Pistol, because if they met someone would die. It might even be one of them. Pistol has only heard rumors of her and has from that alone decided to be her one-sided mortal enemy, because V plays dirty. Not content with coventional weapons, she uses her binary partner has a gun and her own material as bullets. Seriously. She sure is....unconventional. She figures since she's going to die soon anyway she better live out out the last few years of her life with no regrets. Or safety concerns. Or any other type of concerns. 

Design by SCP-3999. I have this weird rule that all Hydra stars must be adopts, so I was struggling to find a design for this one. Thanks!
