Terms of Use:

• If you have purchased an adopt or received a design from me that has been mismarked as "cannot transfer", please have a chat with me if you wish to trade or resell them first. More often than not, I will allow a resell or trade if you ask! It's just so I change the character permissions for you. Let me know if you wish to change from regift/retrade to resell too. 
• Please credit me for the art and the initial design! Be sure to credit any other artists who have drawn the design too!
  • Direct edits on my art are fine, but credit must be retained.
• Unless it has been purchased with IRL currency, I request you don't sell my traded or gifted designs unless you have given it added worth via drawing or commissioning art for them. Exchanging for CS MYO slots is okay too.
  • Also, please don't sell the designs for more than what they were purchased for, unless there is added worth!
• Redesigns are fine as well as turning them into other species including CS, though I'd like for you to at least keep the skin tone of the design as to avoid whitewashing. 
  • AUs of an adopt need to be sold/traded/gifted together, as to avoid any disputes!
  • In the case of changing a character with an unnatural skintone to natural, and vice versa, this is the only allowable case of changes to skintone. It is recommended to keep the new colour roughly around the same value (when it's greyscale, they look roughly the same) but it isn't necessary 
• Co-ownership is allowed, but I don't recommend it if it'll cause disputes
• Designs I've sold don't require a commercial fee, unlike my commissions and customs, so feel free to do whatever since they're yours and won't be revoked. NFTs are exempt as I do not want my designs associated with them. 
• NSFW is fine so long as the character is not a minor/minor-presenting.
• Please avoid from using my designs for things such as racism, hate speech, pedophilia, beastiality and incest as I do not want my designs being associated with such things
• If the design is for a closed species, the species creator's TOS also applies to the design and will be linked on the individual character's TOS.
• Please do not give my designs to blacklisted users.
