Basil Agnelli

Doctor Agnelli is a being of chaos. Operating on some level of cartoon logic, he teaches the laws of physics only to to defy and break them a moment later. Having quit heroing after a tragedy in his youth that killed his entire team, he only steps in when he believes lives could be at risk and has a strong disdain for the press and paparazzi trying to pry into his personal life. Struggles heavily with his trauma and survivor's guilt, worries about the mental health of younger and newer superheroes. Practically indestructible, he's immune to anything caused by his own powers. Very anti-violence, very silly! Also possesses the ability to create forcefield constructs (in any shape and color), shockwaves, levitation (but not true flight- he has to push himself off of objects or create a shockwave to propel himself to actually move), and the ability to manipulate the state/temperature of matter and magnetic fields. There's a level of super strength there too, but he has to actively tap into it rather than it always being at his disposal. Claustrophobic, hates the sensation of being crushed. Fond of puns and science jokes.
